Committee Charge
The purpose of the Compensation, Promotion, and Retention Commitee is to conduct a comprehensive review of current staff compensation structures, including but not limited to salaries, benefits, and incentive programs; benchmarking the University of New Mexico against industry standards and best practices to assess the competitiveness of current compensation; soliciting input from staff through surveys, focus groups, and other methods to gather insights and feedback on compensation matters. This committe was formed and apopted by full council in November 2024 by way of resolution.
