This is a reminder that UNM’s vaccine mandate requires all eligible individuals to submit documentation of receipt of a booster dose of the vaccine no later than January 17, 2022.  

Already have your booster? Documentation should be uploaded to UNM’s vaccine verification site.

Need Proof?Most New Mexican’s can get it at this website!

Don’t have your booster yet?  Appointments are available at a variety of locations and may be scheduled through the NMDOH vaccination website or directly through local pharmacies and grocery stores.
